Choose any date and time that works for you. A confirmation email arrives immediately with everything you need to join.
Step 02
Complete your
intake survey
You’ll receive a brief intake survey by email. Complete it before the call or together with your health coach — whichever works for you.
Step 03
Meet your
health coach
Your LyfeMD health coach will learn about your needs and connect you with the provider best suited to your goals — a dietitian, therapist, kinesiologist, or coach.
Step 04
Have your
Patient ID ready
You’ll be asked for your Patient ID number during registration. You can find it in your original Harmony by Organon program email.

What exactly is LyfeMD — and how is it different from my medical care?
LyfeMD is a lifestyle support program — not a replacement for your doctor or specialist. It provides evidence-based nutrition, mental wellness, movement, and health coaching that works alongside your medical treatment to help you feel better day-to-day.
Is the intake call free? What will these services cost me?
Your intake call is completely complimentary. If your health insurance covers LyfeMD services, your coach will guide you through claiming them. If it doesn’t, the Harmony by Organon program covers the cost — your coach will explain all options during your call.
Am I committing to anything by booking the intake call?
No commitment at all. The intake call is simply a chance to learn more, ask questions, and decide if LyfeMD is right for you. There’s no pressure and no obligation to continue.
Can I reschedule if something comes up?
Yes. Your confirmation email will include a link to reschedule at any time. You can change your appointment up to 24 hours before the call at no charge.
